Salt Lake City citizens Sean Ivins and Samantha Dickens are Forest World. Since 2007, the two have mixed Casios, drum machines, sequencers, vocoders, vocals, and gameboys to create catchy DIY electronic music, made entirely with hardware synthesizers. After three tours across the United States and parts of Canada (2008, 2009, 2010), and five self-produced releases, Forest World are currently working on releasing a new full-length album, as well as a series of shorter releases on cassette tape. Forest World have shared the stage with Matt and Kim, The Robot Ate Me, Solvent, YACHT, and more.
